The Kevlar Body Armor is rated based on six protection levels. They are Level I, IIA, II, III, IIIA and IV. The Kevlar Body Armor Level IIIA NIJ Certified is one of the highly recommended type of body armor because of the optimum balance between protection, comfort and conceal ability that it provides. In addition, it can also give the following different types of protection to the wearer.

Protection from Bullet Shots – The Kevlar Body Armor Level IIIA NIJ Certified is a strong and durable body armor that can withstand bullet shots coming from handguns and low velocity firearms. Protection from stab and puncture attack – The Kevlar Body Armor Level IIIA NIJ Certified can also protect the wearer from stab and puncture attacks caused by sharp and pointed weapons.  The high resistance to cuts of the Kevlar fiber will not allow pointed objects and sharp weapons to penetrate the skin and cause injuries to the wearer.
